Pet Friendly Rooms
We welcome You and your pooch with open paws!
Our Pet Friendly rooms feature two queen beds or one king bed & sofa and are conveniently located on the first floor of the hotel. We also accept pets in some of our 1 and 2 condominiums and 3-bedroom homes. Pet friendly rooms are subject to availability and advanced reservations are required to secure them. Please note that Evergreen Lodge only accepts dogs in our pet friendly rooms. A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed in each accommodation. The daily pet fee is $40.00 plus tax. Pet fee for 2nd and 3rd dog is $10.00 + tax for each, daily. Please, call us in advance @ 970.476.7810 to reserve your pet friendly accommodation.

ADA Rooms
Our partially ADA rooms feature Two Queen Beds and are conveniently located on the first floor of the hotel. Our ADA rooms have wider doors and altered layouts to accommodate individuals with limited mobility. Bathrooms have accessible bathtubs, sinks and toilets equipped with grab bars and shower chairs. ADA rooms are limited. Please, call us in advance @ 970.476.7810 to reserve a partial ADA room.

Our 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums are the perfect home base for outdoor adventures and experiences in Vail. Located within steps to Vail & Lionshead Villages, guests of these units will have the best of Vail at their fingertips, while enjoying the comforts of home, all paired with the hotel’s amenities and concierge services.
1 Bedroom Condominiums
(Valley or Mountain View)
Our single level 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condominiums are located on the 6th floor of the lodge, with views of Vail Valley or Vail Mountain. Main bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens into the large living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, balcony access, dining table and gas burning fireplace.
2 Bedroom Condominiums
(Valley or Mountain View)
These spacious 2 bedroom/2 & 3 bathroom condominiums are located on the upper floors of the lodge, with views of Vail Valley or Vail Mountain. Units vary between single level and 2 levels. Master bedroom features a king bed with ensuite bathroom and guest bedroom is equipped with either a queen or king bed and ensuite bathroom.The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar connects with a large living room, gas fireplace, a queen-size sleeper sofa, dining area and balcony access.

This luxurious home is in Vail’s premier neighborhood on Forest Road, within walking distance to Vail and Lionshead gondolas as well as steps away from all shops and restaurants of Vail. Ideal location coupled with the amazing features make this the ultimate Vail Vacation Home for families and friends.
Three level 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home on Forest Road in Vail (2280 sq. feet) with views of Vail Town and Vail Mountain. Master bedroom situated on 3rd level features king size bed and a half bath. Master bathroom is located on the 2nd floor. Guests bedrooms located on the first-floor feature king size bed with en suite bathroom and queen size bed with additional bathroom. On the 2nd floor, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room opens into a large living room with balcony access. Living room features gas burning fireplace, work space and queen size sleeper sofa. Small loft that sleeps 1 person is also accessible from the living room. Outdoor hot tub and BBQ grill are available for guest use. Maximum home occupancy is 8 people.
