Deposit & Cancellation Policies

Summer

Hotel Rooms – A deposit equal to one night lodging plus tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations canceled or changed outside of 48 hours of arrival are subject to full refund. Cancellations or changes received within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are subject to full forfeiture.

Condominiums – A deposit equal to one night lodging plus tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Remaining balance is due14 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled or changed outside of 14 days to your arrival date will be charged $150.00 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations or changes received within 14 days of arrival date are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are subject to full forfeiture.

3 Bedroom Home – A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled or changed outside of 30 days to your arrival date will incur a $500.00 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations or changes received within 30 days are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are subject to full forfeiture.

Winter

Hotel Rooms – A deposit equal to one night lodging plus tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled or changed outside of 14 days of arrival are subject to full refund. Cancellations or changes received within 14 days are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are subject to full forfeiture.

Condominiums – A deposit equal to one night lodging plus tax is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled or changed outside of 30 days to your arrival date will be charged $300..00 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations or changes received within 30 days of arrival date are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are subject to full forfeiture.

3 Bedroom Home – A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled or changed outside of 60 days to your arrival date will incur a $1,000.00 cancellation/change fee. Cancellations received within 60 days are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are subject to full forfeiture.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – Evergreen Lodge strongly encourages you to purchase Red Sky Travel Insurance to protect your trip in the event of serious illness, injury, loss of job or travel delay in the winter season. Red Sky Travel Insurance costs 6.95% of reservation’s total. This insurance is nonrefundable and claims are made directly with Red SkyTravel Insurance. Travel insurance can be purchased up until 7 days prior to your stay. A copy of the policy to be provided at time of purchase or on request. Late Arrivals, no shows and early departures are non-refundable

RESORT FEE – $35.00+tax per night, per room; included in final deposit due on final payment date. Includes parking for one vehicle per room, Wi-Fi and access to all hotel amenities.

PET FEE – $40.00+tax per night, per room; $10.00+tax for additional pets per night, per room; maximum 3 pets allowed in the room. Pet friendly rooms are sold based on availability. Please, inquire with the hotel directly. Only dogs are accepted in pet friendly rooms located on the ground floor of the hotel. Pet are allowed in some of the condominiums. Please, check for availability on pet friendly rooms and condos prior to your arrival.

FORMS OF PAYMENT – We accept most major credit cards (with authorization), traveler’s checks, money orders and guaranteed checks for deposit.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT – Our front desk is open on a 24-hour basis. Guaranteed check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Additional charges will apply to late check-out. Complimentary luggage, bicycle, ski and snowboard storage is available. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Government-issued photo ID is required to check in.
